Whether you are looking to try your first ever yoga class or have a long term yoga practice, you are welcome to come along to class. I teach Vinyasa flow classes in Beaconsfield and Chalfont St Giles, combining posture work and breathing techniques with relaxation at the end of each session.
Yoga is non competitive and is about working to your own level, so all my classes are mixed ability (usin... g variations on poses and props). The yoga classes are taught in a relaxed atmosphere where we can all enjoy yoga together. Whether you want to increase your flexibility, reduce stress or build your fitness, yoga has something to offer.
I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and began teaching in 2006. I found yoga was always something I came back to, no matter what was going on in my life and it always made me feel better, both mentally & physically.
